Through the creation of The Flawless Foundation, Janine has found the perfect spot to combine her professional experience with her passion for children and service. Janine had a 15-year career in education as a teacher, administrator and consultant in private schools in New York City. In addition to being the Founder and Board Chair of Flawless, she serves on the board of ChristieCare and the advisory boards of Street Yoga, Lettuce Grows and The Nia Technique. She serves on the fundraising committee for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), NYC, is a development committee member at the Artz Center and is a committee member of the Oregon Korea Foundation. Janine has advanced training in Collaborative Problem Solving, the revolutionary and evidence-based method of working with children as described in the book, “Treating Explosive Kids: The Collaborative Problem Solving Approach” co – authored by Ross Green, PhD and Stuart Ablon, PhD. Janine lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, Dave, and their son, Ellis. When Janine can find some free time in between cross country commutes, she practices yoga, Nia (White Belt level) and skis and hikes with her family.

Greg Alcock is an accomplished philanthropy and nonprofit management professional with over 12 years of experience in the field. Greg has provided strategic counsel and has led fund development and management initiatives for organizations including: 3 Generations; Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater; American Red Cross; Art Connects New York; Child Mind Institute; CCS Fundraising; Empire State Pride Agenda; The Flawless Foundation; Global Autism Project; Jewish Home Lifecare and the NYU Child Study Center at NYU Langone Medical Center. In addition to his fundraising and nonprofit management experience, Greg also has an extensive background in program development, implementation and evaluation. He has served as the Programming and Public Relations Officer for the Weatherhead East Asian Institute at Columbia University, Director of Education for the Chicago Humanities Festival and has lead school and community education outreach initiatives for the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Greg is currently the Senior Director of Fund Development and Leadership Gifts for Westchester Medical Center. He continues to provide strategic counsel to a select clientele of nonprofits through Alcock Strategies, LLC, a firm he founded in 2010. Greg is a vocal advocate for the compassionate care of children living with brain differences and is delighted to share his experience with Flawless. He resides in New York City with his English Bulldog, Sir Pugsley.

Magnes Welsh has worked with global clients through her own communications and corporate social responsibility consultancy, Magnes Communications, since 1990. Prior to that, she served in senior communications and public relations positions for Kraft Foods and FedEx. She has a history of serving on charitable boards that support leadership for women and vulnerable children. Magnes currently is also a director of Evan’s Life Foundation and Gamma Phi Beta Foundation. Her passions include expanding consciousness, sharing and helping others share unconditional love, and traveling the world. She earned a B.A. in journalism from the University of Memphis and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. It is a privilege to join the Flawless Board after serving on its Advisory Board for four years.
Amy Aho

Amy Aho is currently a Director at Credit Suisse in Investment Banking Support. She is a co-chair of the Networking subcommittee of Credit Suisse America’s Women’s Network. Amy has a long history of involvement in community service. She has been a classroom volunteer with Junior Achievement and has served as a mentor with iMentor. Amy holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Pierre Hauser

Pierre Hauser is a long-time philanthropic activist. Along with his wife, Abigail Disney, he is co-founder and co-president of the Daphne Foundation, which funds programs that confront the causes and consequences of poverty in New York City and West Africa. He is also on the board of the North Star Fund (a community foundation that supports community organizing in New York City) and the Roy Disney Family Foundation (which backs efforts to protect the oceans). Having previously worked as a reporter, editor, and author of history books for young adults, he currently writes fiction and invests in films. He has a BA from Yale, an MA from Columbia, and an MFA from the New School. He is proud to be involved in Flawless as it confronts the urgent need to improve care for children with brain differences.
Robin Janis

Robin has been a student and teacher of yoga in both the Iyengar and Anusara styles for nearly 25 years. She owns a studio, Sole to Soul Yoga in NYC. She is a single mother to her spirited son, Jackson whom she guided though recovery from autism with the help of early intervention, and the abiding power of unfaltering love. She is also interested in complementary forms of medicine and education. Robin has been a Montessori teacher, an avid supporter of Waldorf schooling, and a strong advocate for today’s children to be given the time, the space and the support to carve out for themselves a path that is balanced, genuine and inspired. She is a huge fan of the work of Flawless, and is so grateful and humbled to offer her guidance and resources to not only see the glorious perfection in every child, but the beauty and good will in us all.
Clelia Peters

Clelia Peters is a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, currently
based in London. She has previously worked in private equity, and in the
non-profit sector as humanitarian worker focusing on the protection of
women and children during armed conflict. She is an avid reader, a
semi-avid cook, and loves to spend time with her inspiring community of
friends and family all over the world. In addition to working with
Flawless, Clelia sits on the board of the arts organization Moving
Theater. Clelia holds a B.A. from Yale and an M.B.A. from Columbia
Business School. She is proud to support Flawless in its mission to
improve awareness around mental illness and to provide support for
children struggling with behavioral challenges.
Joe Schmidt

Joe Schmidt is a project director with TechCaliber Consulting. Joe has over 25 years of global telecommunications experience working for TechCaliber, Andersen, Deloitte Consulting, and IBM, and has lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, and London. In his spare time Joe enjoys travelling and is an avid cyclist. Since its founding, Joe has been inspired by the Flawless Foundation and its mission and is delighted to be joining the team.

Tyrrell has over 20 years of marketing and general management experience in both the financial services and healthcare industries, enabling her to live and work in markets across Europe and Asia.
